Osgood Park is the park to go to if you are interested in sports like baseball or basketball. You can play a game of baseball on one of the two diamonds located on the east side of Osgood's Park, just a few blocks from New Britain High School. You can also find a track where you can do your daily run - ons, and you can also play football, basketball, football, tennis, golf, volleyball and more.

The park is best known for its proximity to Veterans Stadium, which is located at Willow Brook Park. The Rock Cats play their Eastern League games in the park, as seen in the video below on the New Britain High School website. Dates and times vary by season, but "Willow Brook" is at 599 Main St.

The New Britain suburb of Hartford is located on the east side of the Connecticut River, just a few miles from the state capital. The city is home to the New Haven Comets, an American Hockey League (AHL) team affiliated with the Minnesota Twins. The only Major League Baseball team in town, the Connecticut Cats, is just a minute away, and the Youth Baseball program serves as home to the state's second-oldest high school football team. Last season, the fifth-placed team in the East League finished second in the league with a record of 44 - 29 - 3 - 1.

Founded in 1849, CCSU is Connecticut's largest publicly funded college with 11,000 students. American artworks, housed in a comfortable room in the residence of 1907, of which a large catalogue exists.

Founded in 1850 as a township, New Britain was separated from the nearby town of Farmington, Connecticut, in 1871. In the early 20th century, it became known as the Hardware City and became America's largest center for hardware manufacturing. Located in Hartford County, the hotel is also known as Hardware City or New Briski (the name is a transfer from the UK).

Other well-known companies headquartered in New Britain include Polamer, the world's largest manufacturer of electric motors, and the first manufacturer of electric cars in the United States. The city is headquartered at General Electric, one of the largest U.S. manufacturers of electrical equipment, and a number of other companies.

Wheeler Family Health and Wellness Centers provide integrated health and wellness services for adults and children in New Britain, Connecticut. The community health centre is a comprehensive, non-profit health centre offering a wide range of health, wellness and mental health services.

Many businesses and authorities are bilingual, and the post office in Lesser Poland is full of words written in Polish and welcoming visitors. The media is managed by the New Britain Public Broadcasting Corporation (NPPCC), a public broadcaster in New London, Connecticut.

There are three diamonds, and one of the diamonds is dedicated to the former mayor of New London and his wife. Veterans Stadium is known for being used mainly by the local high school for football games, but it is popular with locals for its baseball and football games.

The Westfarms shopping centre is less than a minute from the city limits and has a wide range of shops and restaurants. There is also a grocery store, a gas station and a grocery store in the mall, as well as a bowling alley.

The playful nickname "New Briski" refers to the presence of a robust Polish community in the city, and the city was also nicknamed Hardware City because it is the headquarters of Stanley Black & Decker. Polish shops, restaurants and other handmade items are mainly located near Broad Street. Visitors can find everything from hand-blown glass to carved chess pieces, as well as eat Polish food and buy a variety of artisanal items.

Among the landmarks on the National Register of Historic Places is Walnut Hill Park, designed by landscape architect Frederick Law Olmsted. The New Britain Museum of American Art, founded in 1903, is the oldest art museum in the United States dedicated to American art. It is the first museum in the country to be awarded the "American Art" award. In the 19th and early 20th centuries, the city was known for its industry.
