“My daughter attended Moser 1-3. I was apprehensive at first, due to the overall physical condition of the school: Most of it has not been updated/renovated for 30+ years. Appearances can be deceiving, however. The small, close-knit community proved to be a wonderful and unique experience for our whole family. The staff at Moser are enthusiastic and fun. They organize many activities that are way outside the scope of academic need, inspire students, and are dedicated community activists. I knew everyone at that school, and I am no social butterfly. I was inspired to be involved as a parent, felt totally comfortable asking for help, identifying concerns, and felt like my concerns were important. Unfortunately, because of it's age and size, Moser is largely ignored by the BOE and other powers that be. West Hill gets all of the attention because it's on the right side of the tracks...”
